Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

NAMFATT Construction (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (NFT) is one of private developer which is a contractor to construct the Low Cost Housing project totally 6,500 units for NHA by turn-key contract. The project but divides into two phases namely the first phase will be 5 story buildings, approximately 4,500 units. This project is called Baan Eua-Arthorn will be constructed at Talaadthai (Tepkulchorn 34), Khlong Luang, Pathumthani province. Project implementation and management has been carried out by the National Housing Authority (NHA). The commencement work had started in the mid of June 2006. ATT Consultants Co, Ltd. as an Engineering Consultancy Services had assigned to carry out the Project’s on detailed design drawing reviews and construction supervision works. The Project duration takes 24 months.
