Scope of Services and Description of Duties : Product Test Laboratory and   Research & Development Project had intended to establish a modern laboratory project in Thai Oil Refinery, Sriracha, Chonburi province, Thailand. The project development had been assigned to ATT Consultants Co., Ltd. (ATT) which comprises the detailed engineering design for the Product Test Laboratory and  Research & Development project with usage area about 9,100 m² as the following:

 

1) Four storey main laboratory building of approximate area 6,400 m² including all laboratory furniture, item of fixed equipment

2) Four storey utilities & office building of approximate area 2,700 m² including all item of fixed equipment, and all utilities furniture and Interior design

3) Special Equipment, Pipe Bridge

4) HVAC System

5) Plumbing services including plumbing fixtures, water distribution, sanitary waste, process water sewer, instrument air, stream piping, fuel gas (LPG) and H₂ gas piping, and carrier gases

6) Electrical power, lighting and communication systems

7) Site preparation, road & drainage, landscape
