Consultancy Service or Design and Construction of ICT Infrastructure Project

Scope of Services and Description of Duties : TCC Tech desires to hire a consultant company who has experience and specialized in ICT Infrastructure for Design and Construction Management to join for work and support the operation of Design Team for Details Design, Installation, Inspection and Cooperation for the works of ICT Infrastructure installation system for the One Bangkok Project, to ensure the Project will go on smoothly as required.

 

ICT Infrastructure comprises of wireline and wireless system including, equipment room, data center, structure cabling system for inside and outside of the building to support or provide services of works related to ICT which are included the two main parts as follows:

 

(1) Part for provisional of ICT Infrastructure for supporting the work with in the Area.

(2) Part for provisional of ICT Infrastructure for work related to the construction of the building and system for building services.

 

Scope of Services:

 

(1) Provide personnel in level of Senior Project manager with working team for the Assessment of the Project. The work will be period of 1 month to assess the progress status of the Project to the present, problems and any obstruction to the work and future plan of the work, including preparation plan for manpower, and necessary resources in order to successfully reach the objectives of the Project efficiently.

 

(2) Preparation of Report for the Project according to the scope of work as follows:

1. Report the situation of the operation of the Project problems and obstruction.

2. Suggestions

2.1 Solutions to the problems.

2.2 Plan of the improvement for the next period.

2.3 Plan of the manpower and resources in order to reach objectives of the Project efficiently.
