Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

PTT has established a Research and Development Center to conduct various research works to support petroleum and petrochemical industries in various research areas such as analytical, fuel, lubricant, marketing, environment, process and petrochemical and petroleum exploration and production.

 

ATT provided consulting services for detailed architectural and engineering design, cost estimation, tender document and construction management and supervision and commissioning for PTT. The total floor area of buildings is approximately 29,000 square meter. The major components of the project are:

 

• Engine test laboratory with 18 test cells and support module

• Hotel and sport building

• Test equipment for laboratories

• Service systems for laboratories

• Utility systems

• Waste treatment system

• Civil work

• Ventilation and exhaust system in engine test laboratory

• Analytical laboratory

• Multipurpose laboratory

• Central building including training center

• Engine test laboratory equipment

• Fire protection system

• Landscaping
