Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

The main products of Thai Lube Base Refinery Plant is lube oil, bitumen and other by-products. The capacity of the plant in 1998 was 146,875 ton of lube base, 311,750 ton of bitumen and 181,130 ton of by-products. From this process, the expenditure on electricity is about 148.7 million baht per year.

 

For the purpose of efficient electrical consuming of the Plant, ATT was awarded a contract to perform the energy audit of the plant. The services include the following:

 

• Examine the present energy consumed,

• Electricity,

• Oil and gas

• Steam

• Evaluate on the result,

• Recommend on the practical means to save the energy together with the cost estimation.
