Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

The objective of NSPM was to build a tube mill plant to produce variety of steel products such as API steel pipes up to 16″ diameter, and cold forming structural steel (square and rectangular tubes and C, L and U shapes).

 

The scope of ATT was as follows:

 

• Providing civil and structural engineers and inspectors to assist NSPM in the construction supervision work

• Assisting NSPM in preparation of various permit applications

• Advising NSPM’s designer on local regulation and requirement

• Providing some construction details not provided by NSPM’s designer

• Reviewing and endorse drawings designed by foreign company to assure compliance with local regulation.
