Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

Magotteaux Co., Ltd. had aimed to construct a factory “VRM Factory MCL4” with a capacity of 19,000 m2 on the land plot 50 rai (8 hectares), Suwarnasorn Road, Nongkae district, Saraburi province.

 

ATT Consultants Co., Ltd. had been selected to carry out the design, tender preparation and construction supervision.

 

The VRM Factory MCL4 is completed in 2012, which comprised of the following works.

 

(1) Site Preparation Works

(2) Pilling Works

(3) Building and Civil Works

 

The works comprise as below:

 

– Factory Building

– Canal Crossing for Main Entrance (Bos Culvert)

– Garbage House

– Pump Station 1 & Pump Station 2

– Road Work & Drainage System

– Pipe Racks

– Underground Water Storage Tank

– Landscape

– Elevated Water Tanks

– Lightning Protection System
