Scope of Services and Description of Duties :
The Consultant has been appointed by the Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited to conduct the technical due diligence on the Phetchaburi Oil Terminal which consisting mainly of:
(1) Storage Tanks : 16 Tanks (5000,000 m3 capacity)
(2) Truck Loading System : 16 bays
(3) Sea Berth : 30,000 & 5,000 DWT tanker
(4) Submission Pipelines : 3 x 16”, 6.5 km each
(5) Marine Loading arms : 16 Tanks (5000,000 m3 capacity)
(6) Utilities and Infrastructures :
The scope of service included the followings:
• Reviewed existing terminal design for conformance with international standards
• Evaluated remaining life of the terminal
• Evaluated condition of terminal and cost or repair
• Reviewed conformance with regulation
• Assed risk on change of regulation in future
• Recommended improvement
• Estimated construction cost of new terminal
• Feasibility study on increase of discharge capacity
