Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

To provide detailed engineering design for the following buildings.

 

• Explosion proof main control building

• 115 kV Substations (2 units)

• Explosion proof field auxiliary room

• Road loading control building

 

To review and endorse engineering drawings for application of the following permits.

 

• Building construction permit

• Factory establishment/operation license

• Fuel storage tank permit

 

The services were successfully completed. Thai Lube Base Plant is currently in operation.
