Scope of Services and Description of Duties :
In association with DORSCH Consult, ATT provided detailed engineering design, cost estimation, tender document preparation and construction supervision of the following marine facilities for PTT Oil Terminal in Sriracha district:
• Seaberth for 20,000 to 80,000 DWT Tankers
• 16.5 x 28.5 m., two-storey operation platform to accommodate 6 loading arms, office, 24″, 18″ and 8″ submarine pipelines, pig launcher, fire protection system, ship access tower, etc.
• 100 and 150 ton mooring dolphins with quick released hooks
• Breasting dolphins
• 800 m. of 24″, 18″ and 8″ submarine pipelines
• 1.20 km of 24″, 18″ and 8″ onshore pipelines through ESSO Refinery area and PTT Oil Terminal area
• Cathodic protection for piling system and steel structures
• Jetty for 1,000 to 6,000 DWT Tankers
• 9 x 14 m. operation platform to accommodate 6 loading arms and piping system
• 100 ton and 60 ton mooring dolphins
• Strengthen 800 m. of access bridge
• Cathodic protection system
• Fire protection system
