Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

Scope of work is detailed design and construction supervision of Area C0 Development Project consisted of the followings:

 

1. Road Work : Including construction of new access road approx. 200 meters length and relocate one existing road and traffic sign.

2. Yard Pavement : Approx. 175,000 square meters.

3. Drainage System : Including construction of gutter and underground piping for storm water drainage connect to existing.

4. Building Work : Consisting of office and warehouse, gate house, canteen, security house and guard house.

5. Utility Work : Including water supply, fire fighting, sanitary, power supply, telecommunication, fire alarm, air conditioning and road/yard lighting.

6. Fence and Gate : Consisting of wire mesh fence approx. 2,950 meters length bounded project area with 3 entrance gates.
