Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

Energy Application Laboratory (EAL) is established to support the research and development works including technical relation of energy engineering for PTT and subsidiary companies. The EAL building is designed for 4 storeys with usage area about 8,000 m2. Each storey comprises as below:

 

1st Floor

• Laboratories: Burner Test, CGS Test, etc.

• Workshop

• Waiting Room

• Lobby

• Instrument

 

2nd Floor

• Internal Meeting Room

• Demonstration Room

• Laboratory

• Common Room & Panty Corner

• Rest Area for Cleaning Staff

• Library

• ets.

 

3rd Floor

• Laboratory

• Overnight Rooms

• Main Meeting Room

• ets.

 

Utility Building comprises as below:

 

1st Floor

• Workshop

• Compressor Room

• Utility Area

 

2nd Floor

• Office

• Meeting Room

 

ATT Consultants Co., Ltd. is assigned to carry out the works as the following.

 

(1) Site survey for design works, soil layer survey and geographical survey that necessary for design.

(2) Detailed design of architecture interior and structural works, M&E work, Gas mixing and landscape work for surrounding the building.

(3) Project cost estimation.

(4) Document preparation for building construction permit.

(5) Tender document preparation.

(6) Tenderer evaluation and contractor negotiation.

(7) Construction contract preparation.

(8) Project management and construction work supervision.
