Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

Petroleum & Earth Resources Technology (PERT) is established to support the research and development works including technical relation of petrochemical and geotechnical engineering for PTT and subsidiary companies. The building is designed for 4 storeys with usage area about 12,000 m2. Each storey comprises as below:

1st and 3rd Floor

1. Laboratories

2. Workshop

3. Temporary Researcher Office

2nd Floor

1. Main Meeting Room

2. Small Meeting Room

3. Researcher Room

4. Common Room & Panty Corner

5. Rest Area for Cleaning Staff

6. Documentation Room

7. Etc.

4th Floor

1. Analytical Laboratory

2. Researcher Assistant Rooms

ATT Consultants Co., Ltd. is assigned to carry out the works as the following.

• Site survey for design works, soil layer survey and geographical survey that necessary for design.

• Preliminary design both of architecture interior and structural works, engineering work systems and landscape work for surrounding the building.

• Preliminary cost estimation.

• Document preparation for building construction permit.

• Tender document preparation.

• Tenderer evaluation and contractor negotiation.

• Construction contract preparation.

• Project management and construction work supervision.
