Scope of Services and Description of Duties :
1. Main Terminal Building comprise the engineering, procurement, construction and taking over of the works as described, specified and include:
• Civil works
• Structural and architectural works
• Mechanical and electrical services
• Special systems and equipment
2. Concourse Building comprise the engineering, procurement, construction and taking over of the works as described, specified and include:
• Civil works
• Structural and architectural works
• Mechanical and electrical services
• Special systems and equipment
• Special systems and equipment which are provided for the Main Terminal Building and Concourse Building
3. The Artworks for the Passenger Terminal Complex
4. The terminal frontage roads including curbsides at the departure and arrival levels of the terminal and all elevated portions of the public roads serving the terminal frontage and the parking garage structures.
The firm provides the services as follows:
1. To provide all of the professional staff, services, suppliers and equipment necessary to perform the CSC services to ensure that the work conform to the construction contract.
2. To co-ordinate the Contractor’s operations with those of all other contractors and CSCs with particular emphasis on interfaces between the contract and any other interfacing contracts
3. To submit all correspondence to NBIA, with a copy to PMC.
4. To provide a detailed proposed construction schedule in computerized form prepared in the latest commercially available version of Primavera Project Planner (P3 for Windows)
5. To prepare and maintain a cost control database in Microsoft Access compatible (MDB) files in Bill of Quantities format.
6. To provide detailed construction cost control information as follows:
• Progress in this period – planned and actual,
• Accumulated progress up to end of previous period – planned and actual,
• Accumulated progress to date – planned and actual,
• Percentage accumulated to date – planned,
• Percentage accumulated to date – actual and
• Balance of work to complete (from original scope of works).
7. To utilize a computerized system for controlling all documentation transmittals and submittals, using the latest commercially available version of Expedition Contract software by Primavera System, Inc.
8. To submit all documents as mentioned in TOR and as required by NBIA.
9. To prepare a Quality Assurance Plan for the services to be used during the implementation of each of the stages of the services.
Duties of the Consultants include, but not be limited to the following tasks:
• Contract Administration,
• Engineering and Quality Assurance,
• Schedule and Cost Control,
• Assistant regarding claims by the Contractor,
• Reporting and Video Recordings,
• Meetings,
• Document Control,
• Public Relations,
• Construction Safety,
• Construction Site Security and
• General Administration
