Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) is responsible for the distribution of electric power in the area of the 73 provinces of Thailand. PEA intends to have 80 new substations 115/22 or 33 kV to be built in the near future. All the substations shall be equipped with computerized substation control system.

 

Consortium of Thai Consultant and international specialist, ATT and Electricite’ de France (EDF) provided the engineering services with the following stages of work.

 

Task 1 : Review of the existing PEA conceptual design, standard drawings and specifications stage

 

Task 2 : Conceptual Design Stage, Conceptual design works covering Three (3) main parts

 

• First : Revising the existing PEA Conceptual Design

• Second : Unmanned Substation

• Third : Compact Substation

 

Task 3 : Detailed design and standard drawing preparation stage.

 

Task 4 : Standard specification preparation stage
