Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

The scope of service was to design a new tank car (52,000 liters) which was larger than the one currently used in order to meet the new requirement of the Royal State Railway (RSR) of Thailand. The tank car is to be used for the transportation of flammable liquid. The design followed the requirement of ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII, Division 1, NFPA 385 and Code of Federal Regulation Title 49, Transportation Part 179.

 

The design work was completed with a satisfactory of client.
