Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

Bio-Ethanol plant situates in Nayia district, Ubon Ratchathani province, northeastern Thailand. The plant is expected to be produced ethyl alcohol (ethanol) in 2012 with a capacity of 400,000 Litre per day (LPD). Technology for ethanol production is developed by a company of People Republic of China (PRC). In the plant comprises of building factory, office building, dormitory, plant utilities and Biogas Plant which can be generate an electricity of 4.5 MW and sell it to Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA).

 

In project development stage, the project had been financial supported by KTB that required any independent and lender engineers (IE & LE) to act as bank representative.

 

ATT Consultants Co., Ltd. had been selected to act as IE & LE with the following tasks:

 

• Technical audit with report

• Project cost review

• Project master construction schedule

• Operation cost assessment

• Construction work monitoring

• Construction methodology in accordance with international / Thai standard

• Constructed completion on time schedule

• Commissioning participation

• etc.
