Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

Scope of work is conceptual design and detailed design. Project consisted of the followings;

 

ATT Consultants Co., Ltd. had been selected to carry out the design, tender preparation and construction supervision.

 

1. Road Work: Including construction of new access road approx. 1,000 meters length and ring road approx. 1,800 meters length and traffic sign.

2. Building Work: Consisting of spare part, Chemical and Gases warehouses, Fabrication Workshop, Office Service Storage, Archive document storage,Canteen and Guard house.

3. Open Yard: Approx. 10,000 square meters.

4. Drainage System: Including construction of gutter and underground piping for storm water drainage and Pond.

5. Utility Work: Including water supply, fire fighting, sanitary, power supply, telecommunication, fire alarm, air conditioning, access control and road/yard lighting.

6. Landscape: Including soft scape and hard scape all project area.

7. Fence and Gate: Consisting of wire fence approx. 2,000 meters length and 4 entrance gates.
