Scope of Services and Description of Duties :

 

ATT is assigned to provide consultancy service on RRC Administration Building Project, which is constructed at Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate in Rayong province. The construction of RRC Administration Building Complex shall be phasing completed from 30th June 2008 to 31st August 2008, the complex shall be included main building, hall area, recreation, canteen, auditorium, security house, car park, road, drainage, landscape and all utilities tie-in with existing RRC utilities system. The construction site is located on the RRC’s land approximately 50 rai in Map Ta Phut, Rayong province. Project consists of the following subjects.

 

RRC Administration Complex Building as the following:

 

The Project consists of:

 

• Complex building of approximate area 10,000 m2 including all furniture, decoration, landscape and all utilities.

• Car parking lot for 350 cars and security house

• The utilities include all building utilities and incoming utility lines

• Heat Ventilation Air Conditioning system

• Plumbing services including plumbing fixtures, water distribution, sanitary waste

• Fire protection

• Access control system

• Electrical power, lighting and communication systems

• LAN and telephone system

• Site preparation, road & drainage, landscape & irrigation, utilities tie-in at existing refining plant (Rayong Refinery Public Company Limited).
